John Giraldo is an excellent, caring, professional realtor who is knowledgeable of the market. He took the time to explain what it would take for us to sell our house and buy a new house. He got the right people to prepare our house to be put on the market. He got a professional photographer to come out and take quality pictures of our home. When the inspection came in on the new house and we got worried he took time to explain it to us with the inspector. He was there for us emotionally by telling us everything was going to turn out okay, mentally by preparing us for the sale and purchase of our home, and physically because he was there every step of the way. First off…John Giraldo is way better than 5 stars!!! I have had the pleasure of working with John Giraldo for a number of years on a number of properties. John is so warm and welcoming! He is always upbeat and friendly! My whole family has used John to buy and sell properties and we won’t consider using anyone else! John is down to earth and a consummate professional who has a great team. His photographer is top notch! If your property looks good from the air, don’t be surprised if there’s a drone video in your posting! John has developed a powerful network of professionals who can assist in financing, title, inspections, insurance and all things involved in getting you out of your current home and into your new home! I’m telling y’all the truth, this man Loves God, Texas and his family! If y’all cherish the same things then you should call John when you’re ready to get real with your real estate! John made our first time home owners process supper easy and fast! In less than a month we started the process and between 2 weeks I found the perfect home for me and my family. Where do I begin? John has gone above and beyond for me and my entire family , from my mom here locally to my aunt moving down from Utah. JG has been nothing short of amazing , the process of buying and selling can be stressful and he helped put the stress to rest. Super knowledgeable about real estate I’m glad we have been blessed to find him! You won’t be disappointed. I guarantee it. Google empire barber studio . 2 locations .
