We had a great experience working with John. Wed gotten his mailings for years and when it came time to sell our house in Brentwood, we knew we wanted to work with him. Id observed over the years that most of his properties sell in 3-30 days--the John Dunham touch. You have a choice in who lists your home, and in 2024, that person should be taking high-quality photos for the MLS, with drone shots, video marketing, a 3D walkthrough, floor layout -- these are all standard marketing materials that John provides with his listings. He helped us navigate a slow summer market, while on a tight timeline to relocate out of state for work. He was helpful with so many minute details in prepping our home for sale and during our transaction. We are so grateful for Johns expertise and knowledge of Austin. As a first time home buyer, I cant possibly imagine an experience better than the one we had working with John. Hes friendly, down to earth, super patient with answering questions, totally professional in an easygoing, accessible way, and he knows the Austin market like the back of his hand. We chose John to list our home in the Crestview area, just as the market was starting to change. Our family’s unique situation was also constrained by the probate process, and the fact that three siblings had to come to an agreement in several areas. This presented many challenges throughout the process, but John continued to be a calming force and the voice of reason. He proved to be very patient and understanding, which kept us moving forward. John’s many years of experience and vast knowledge of the up’s and down’s of the real estate market was key in our negotiations.
