Despite my property sitting vacant for nearly a year in need of extensive repairs, they leased it within two weeks—including time for renovations and cleanup. As an out-of-town owner, it was difficult, but Vivi and Winnie streamlined everything: getting remarkably affordable quotes for painting and carpet replacement (far below what I have seen), and coordinating a flawless 3-day turnaround. The property was listed immediately after. Their resourcefulness in sourcing materials made the savings even more significant. I only regret not discovering them sooner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier, worry free property management!

The prompt response from them makes a big difference compared to some other PMs. I worked with Morgan on the leasing multiple times now. I really appreciate her professionalism on the market analysis, the transparency and her keen eyes on selecting the best potential tenants. Recently, the property had water damage caused by the broken pipe. Jing helped coordinate the dry remediation, insurance claims and arranging the contractor to fix the issue within budget. With their help, the process I thought would be stressful actually feels like a breeze. Highly recommended.

I have been in a JNJ Rental home in Hutto, Texas for over a year and absolutely love it!! It was a brand new house, 4 bedroom 2 bath, over 1800 square feet with a large backyard.I had decided to downsize from my condo, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, over 1700 square feet to a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, little over 1100 square feet.I sold my condo and the apartment fell through so I had to find a place to move in quickly. My realtor found this house for me and it was about $250 a month more than the apartment I had planned to move to. It was a blessing to find this JNJ Rental house and I was able to move in immediately!!!I would highly recommend renting from this company!! They stay in contact with you and anything you need help with concerning the house is taken care of immediately!!
