Jessica and her team were a joy to work with! We had a tricky situation as both owners were out of state in different parts of the country. Jessica took care of everything to get the house ready for market from arranging cleaning, to staging, repairs, and visits to check on the property. We had such peace of mind! She had a solid understanding of the market and advised us appropriately. Once the house went live on the MLS we had showings right away and a full price offer in 4 days. I came into the home purchase with little knowledge of the process, and was recommended JKB by a relative. I took a big risk by trusting my agent, Meredith, to advocate for me rather than her commission. I trusted her advice more than is considered wise as a buyer, and it paid off greatly! Our real estate agent in Frisco referred us to Gena Richards to help us purchase a home in Austin. Gena talked to us on the phone and helped us narrow down our wants and needs. We drove around with her one time for about 4 hours and looked at several houses. She was able to then accurately assess what kinds of houses/ areas would suit us best. After her searches brought up a specific home of interest , Gena would drive to the houses and FaceTime us while she toured. We were able to see things about the homes that still pictures just don’t reveal. We trusted her so much, in fact, we made an offer and bought a house without ever stepping foot inside until the offer was accepted. We love it and it felt weird but we knew we were in good hands. She is knowledgeable about all areas and knows how to negotiate great deals all while being super communicative and friendly!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
