Very easy to deal with, always answers phone, even on personal time, and does not charge extra fees like many other property managers do. Only charges flat rate for months that a tenant is in the property; if you dont get paid, he doesnt get paid. Highly recommended by many military tenants and landlords in the San Angelo area. -
