Jim is truly one of a kind. We have gone through a vigorous search looking for a home . We have gone through 3 Realtors prior to meeting Jim .He puts to work his slogan On The Run For You. Our first introduction meeting, Jim had 8 houses lined up to show. He was completely dedicated to my husband and I, through the whole process. It has taken us about a year to find our dream home. I recommend anyone to choose Jim as your realtor. He wont disappoint even the toughest client . I know because I was one :) If he could tackle our needs. He can meet yours too.

The only reason we decided to sell our house was due to the excellent relation that evolved between us and Jim Gann. Jim non-invasively approached us at our garage sale while he was shopping for donations for charity. He asked if we were ever interested in selling to consider contacting him. We said we were thinking about. He just left his card. The next day he came back with some stats on home selling in the neighborhood and again said to consider him if interested - no pressure. After deciding it was time, we reached out to Jim.Jim became one of our family. He was always spending time to get to know us all. His humor and character fit right in with us and our three 11 year old kids. During showings he would talk to them and play with them.He truly was always on the run for us. He always took time to show us many houses (as frustrating as it must have been for him) and to answer all our calls, texts and questions at all times of the day and all days of the week. When we stopped searching and found a home we missed hanging out with him.We did not have any real easy time finding a new home or selling our current home, but Jim always stayed positive and encouraged us even when we felt we might give up. He backed our decisions even if he did not necessarily agree. He made it clear he was working for us and was there to help make us happy.I think if it were not for Jim we may have gotten too frustrated with the selling/buying process due to other realtors and buyers and banks. He was the one constant in the process and managed to sell our house and find us a new replacement we love.Jim is the only realtor I would use again or recommend to anyone else. While we didnt end up using Jims services I wanted to leave a review for him anyway. We called him on a rainy windy afternoon to look at a house in our old neighborhood. The house had way too much work to be done in/on it, but he dropped everything thing and made himself available to show the house within 15minutes of the initial phone call.Cordial, and helpful, set up the portal to view available houses in our budget.
