Jessica went over and beyond to meet our needs in pursuit of buying our new home. First, she navigated a virtual tour for us last minute. Then she cleared and opened her schedule to support our trip to Texas for house hunting not only once but twice! She welcomed our kiddos to join in on the adventure and even encouraged them to make creative names to remember the houses. She also kept a positive spirit about her even as our first house didn’t go as planned. She challenged me to keep my priorities in line and kept me honest to pick the best option for our family. I recently closed on a new build home with the amazing support of The Carter Group. And I say support because it really was so much more than just facilitating the sale. Jessica was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was available to speedily assist in looking at places (which was very important in this market). Once under contract she recommended other amazing professionals to ensure the process was smooth from the lender to the home inspection. Purchasing a home can feel overwhelming but I never had to question what to do next or who to contact for anything. Even once we closed she checked in and sent me reminders to file for my homestead. They made us feel really comfortable and really invested their time, energy and grace towards making our experience the best it could be. Jessica was very personable and never hesitated to assist us with any questions or concerns we had through the search process. She was able to text, call, email, and meet us anytime whenever we needed her and stayed on top of the steps needed to complete our purchase so that we had less stress and items on our to-do list. Additionally, we were able to find a house and put together an offer in which I give her 100% credit for our offer getting accepted as she suggested many different items that as a new homebuyer I did not even know we could do.
