From reading other excellent reviews and being in the same situation as some of her clients, my brother and I contacted Jese to see if she could assist us in selling my moms house that is located in El Paso. Both my brother and I live out of state and we didnt know if this was possible. From the initial email/telephone call, Jese put our minds at ease.Jese was informative, responsive, and very customer service oriented and kept us informed throughout the entire process.Although we were not local, Jese ensured that all of the steps that needed to take place from listing the house, to ordering the inspection and working with the Title Company and Buyers realtor, were handled without a single hiccup.I believe we listed the house on a Wednesday and the following Monday we were under contract with an offer that was higher than the listed price. Amazing!It is without question that we made the absolutely best choice in choosing Jese as or realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend Jese Gonzalez and her team. Im writing this review to give my honest opinion of Jese Gonzalez. My family acquired a house after the passing of our family member. As there arent any family members in the area and none that plan to be, we made the decision to let it go. Not being from the area I didnt know where to look and who could look after the house to get it sold asap. Luckily my realtor who was selling my house in another state put me in contact with Ms. Gonzalez. After speaking to her , The family and I felt at ease with her taking care of a property that our family was not present for. She presented a plan of action of what and how to get this house sold quickly. She went out to the house and gave her estimate of what she felt we could list the house for. It was more than we hoped so we took a leap of faith and went for the listing and put it on the market. Ms. Gonzalez was decent at keeping us updated from afar with the plan of action with things not going as planned. As showings started and we started getting some feedback she came up with different ideas of how to present to the potential buyers. She was always on her feet thinking about ways to sell and going as far as speaking to other realtors around to see if they were experiencing what we were experiencing with showings.In closing , Did she assist in getting the house sold? Yes. Did it get sold in a timely manner? Also yes.At the end of the day, should you consider Ms. Gonzalez to sell your property? That decision is yours to make. You and only you know your situation and your real estate needs. We personally at the end of the day walked away with what we felt like we could get out of the property with Ms Gonzalezs assistance. So we do feel like she did enough to get us through the sale of this house and has been there to answer any questions that has popped up after the sale ended.

I listed my mother’s house with Jese Gonzalez of Remax based on a recommendation that came from a dear friend and Real Estate Broker we use in California for other properties. My mother’s house was in El Paso, Tx, and I live in Georgia. Several challenges, I live out of state and this was a probate sale that had a lot of nuances that don’t come with a regular sale of property.Ms Jese was very customer oriented and at the last minute when we decided we could meet with her, met with us late in the day. Ms Jese came prepared walked through house took pictures and gave us recommendations on what we needed to do to get the house listed. We were leaving early the next morning going back to Georgia. Ms Jese supervised the clean up, and maintenances needed to have the house listed. After the house was listed we had our first offer within 24 hours.Ms Jese warned us that probate is a long tedious process. She stayed positive and patient when I lost it, LOL. She kept us and the new buyer updated as the process evolved. Communication is a strong point in addition to details. She’s a top notch Realtor. I would recommend Ms Jese to anyone looking for a good Realtor.

I asked Jese Gonzalez to help me find a house in El Paso to buy just a couple of months ago. We met once to discuss what I was looking for. We did look at a number of houses and I found Jese to be very patient with my likes and dislikes. The market is very difficult for buyers and homes were selling within days. My options were limited as I don’t live in El Paso full time. When the right house did pop up she did work hard to negotiate for me and our offer was accepted.
