Jennifer was absolutely amazing in helping us find, negotiate and close our new home. She truly shined throughout every step of the entire process. We had a multiple bid situation and due to her extremely personable, likable and charming personality I believe she was able to win everyone over and made the process so much more warm and personal rather than just transactional. She was also very helpful in keeping us organized as well. Cant say enough great things about her!

My fiance and I recently worked with Jennifer and team to purchase our first home together, and we could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received. From the beginning, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. She answered as many questions as we had and anticipated our needs better than we could have.Jennifer truly took the time to understand us and assisted in every aspect of the process (new home purchase, setting up a rental at out hold home, etc.). And if there was something she was not the expert in, she knew someone who was and quickly made introductions.What impressed us most in working with Jennifer is how high caliber of a person she is, and how much she cared about us. Even after closing, she was there to assist in other aspects of the process and purchased us our first dinner at home!We cannot recommend someone more than Jennifer as our purchase of our dream home would not have been possible without her and her team.

Jennifer is by far the most epic!Finding our condo was a 200% awesome experience. She went above and beyond to seek out and secure every possibility down to the smallest details including being above the 20th floor, having an unobstructed view and a gas stove… because I gotta have a gas stove to cook on! She met with us on the most weird times we had available and was always there with a smile and a knowledgable outlook and zero BS with things she believed to be out of our desire. Work with Jennifer, she is AWESOME!!!

Once the house was ready, she helped me position it so that I had TONS of offers on the house on the very first day it listed.I was blown away by the quality of offers I had on the house in less than 72 hours. At the end of 72 hours, we had our perfect offer and we were able to close quickly and easily with the title company Jennifer recommended.The whole process was simple with Jennifer and I couldn’t have done it without her.
