    Jen made our first homebuying experience so much less intimidating than we ever expected! She spent our first call walking us newbies explaining the normal process, and also what to expect in the crazy 2021 housing market. Jen was super communicative from offer writing through closing, and pulled together a great team that made the whole process super smooth. I would highly recommend Jen to any family/friends looking to buy!

    Jen was amazing. She was patient, supportive, insightful, and trustworthy. I dont think I would have felt half as confident in the end buying a house if we worked with anyone else. She helped us find a place to rent about 5 years ago, so when it was time to buy, we knew we who to go to. There is a reason everyone I know buying homes lately is turning to her for help.

    Working with Jen has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the process she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has such great industry knowledge and the patience to explain what’s going on in terms that are easily understood.     Not only did Jen help make the purchase of my first home relatively stress-free and easy, but Jen was there for every step of the process whether it be questions regarding home insurance, warranty questions, and even minute details like changing flooring prior to occupancy. As a first-time buyer, there was a lot of was super green on and constantly asked Jen to clarify for me. She is extremely responsive and always helped take care of any issues I had. Most importantly, she helped me purchase a home in Austin proper in the midst of this insane housing market, which is a feat it itself! I originally met Jen three years ago when I moved to Austin and was looking for a rental. Even though I ended up finding a rental on my own, Jen stayed in contact with me throughout the years until I was ready to purchase my own home---thats the type of business I want to utilize and the type of realtor who has my best interests as her focus. I cannot rate her highly enough. She is fantastic, shell help you find your perfect home, and keep you sane and realistic during this process (even though it sometimes feels crazy!). Thank you, Jen!

Jen simplified everything and helped coordinate every aspect: setting up tours, teaching us the mechanics of a competitive offer (crucial in todays market), guiding us through the inspection and waiting period, and working up to the wire to make sure we closed on time.
