Jennifer was an amazing resource through the home buying and selling process. She was able to direct us to the neighborhood that fit our family’s needs and negotiated on our behalf to get us a new roof through the sellers insurance when we purchased our home. 2 years later she sold our home in less than a week for significantly more than it was purchased for. We had over 30 offers, I suspect due to her marketing strategy. She communicates clearly and frequently and answered all questions in a timely fashion. Her knowledge of the Forney/Rockwall/ Sunnyvale area is exceptional, she is willing to advocate for her clients and she makes the difficult process of buying or selling a home easy.
