We were moved from Florida to Central Texas due to job changes. Jenna was honestly one of the best parts of this experience. We bought a new home that was literally being built while we were selling our home in Florida, packing and moving to Texas. Jenna was there every step of the way. She made sure inspections and walkthroughs happened, she personally worked with the home manufacturer and the builder. This process could have been an about as much fun as flying blind in a thunderstorm, but Jenna kept us on track, informed, and guided us the entire way. Moves like this are very stressful, having Jenna work with you will take a LOT of that stress off your plate.

She responded at all hours of the day and always worked with our schedule. She is a HARD WORKER and it shows. We love our house and she was with us through all the ups and downs. When we moved into our home the sellers didn’t clean/move out the way they agreed to and not only did Jenna IMMEDIATELY respond and get things settled, but sent her personal cleaning crew on her dime. There arent many times I am so impressed by the customer service I receive that I am compelled to write a review about it. But Jenna really just went above and beyond in so many ways for my small sale. She represented me as a sellers agent and it was the best experience. This was not my first go around selling property, and because of previous experience with other agents on other deals, I was prepared to deal with stress and other issues. Jenna immediately calmed all of that stress for me and just took care of everything needed to get my property sold fast and for a great selling price. She was fast acting, had the sense of urgency I needed, and most importantly, COMMUNICATIVE!! She anticipated my needs and questions and never made me feel like she didnt have time for me, even though this was not a big money sale. She made me feel as important as the big sales, which shows so much respect that is hard to find nowadays. I just cant say enough good things about her work ethic and treatment of her clients. Shes just one of the best. If you are selling or buying, you just need to have her represent you, because she truly loves what she does and it shows!
