Jesse is the GOAT! He deserves all the stars!!! Selling my property from out of state was so extremely stressful, but Jesse made it amazingly smooth for me. He worked from dusk to dawn to get my house sold. Seriously, I would get emails time stamped at 10 pm and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t sleep! From listing to closing, the whole thing took just 36 days! THIRTY SIX DAYS! He called, texted, or emailed just to make sure I stayed informed. He even helped me find a contractor for minor repairs requested by the buyers. Being in the military I purchased the house sight unseen and trusted Jesse with the recommendation to buy the property and he came through. It was a solid house. This was also the first house I’ve bought and first I’ve sold and the process was so smooth through JBM, he took care of everything and all I needed to do was sign some documents. Jesse also has been around the neighborhood long enough he provided fantastic recommendations for house repair people when the house needed anything done. He knows everyone in town!! I had an amazing experience with Jesse. He is very professional, responsive, organized, transparent, accessible and, put simply, on top of things.He takes the responsibility of looking out for your best interests very seriously and also has strong communication skills. He is also very keen on combing contracts/paperwork for anything in the fine print. He is willing to go to any lengths to make things right for his clients.In my case specifically, the ONLY reason we closed on time and that the deal to buy my preferred house went through was because of Jesses tenacity and sheer strength of will. We had serious issues with receiving timely information from the seller and their realtor (there was often no communication from their end). When we were able to communicate we often received completely false information. For example, we didnt find out that the sellers insurance denied their claim for agreed-upon repairs until 4 days before closing.Overall I had a great experience with Jesse and learned that hes a miracle worker. 10/10 would use him again or recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Jesse was always quick to respond no matter what time it was or what question we had. He tirelessly worked to give us what we wanted in a new home. We had concerns about some paint cracking in pictures we saw in a house we were looking at and he drove over to double check the structural integrity of the home that minute. We had concerns about the damaged roof on the house we were buying and Jesse had the seller report the roof to insurance resulting in getting the roof replaced.
