Our experience with Kelly Witt was STELLAR, STELLAR, STELLAR!!!Kelly took on the challenge of helping us with a remote relocation, to finding us a temporary cross-city rental, to locating a new home builder and securing our dream home building from the ground up. She did this all while also managing through all the intricate details of our work relocation process. That also meant ensuring my husband and I were each fullly and independently well-informed through each step of the process, as we lived in separate cities during our familys relocation process. You will not be disappointed with Jessica as your realtor. She helped me find a home in Georgetown while I was over 2000 miles away in Oregon. A real important aspect of any real estate transaction is good communication. Listening is huge to good communication. She took the time to send me videos of the neighborhood, home inspection and final walkthrough. Kelly Witt is an AMAZING realtor! I was introduced to Kelly from a recommendation my parents realtor in Georgia gave. My house sat on the market for almost a year with zero offers and not a lot of interest. When my mother passed away in Austin I knew it was going to be difficult to manage renovating and selling her house because I live in San Antonio. Luckily, I have a friend who works for JB Goodwin and when I asked him if he knew any agents in Austin he immediately said “You need Heidi Trevithick!” I was in Austin at the time looking at the daunting task ahead, so I called her and she came right over.Instantly I knew I was in the right hands. She was very personable and knew exactly how to get the ball rolling. I hired her immediately.Heidi brought in a designer who specialized in renovating homes to get the most profit out of a sale, and then she gave me a list of preferred vendors to begin renovations. She even met with the candidates with me to help find the best one.Heidi went above and beyond to help me during the renovations. JBGoodwin did a wonderful job, Kelli came recommended and was great. We told her what we were looking for and she understood and adapted to our evolving parameters as we ourselves learned what we wanted. When we wanted to see a place, she was often able to get a video of it that day, sometimes within hours. When we requested certain things out of the video, she delivered . She was always quick to follow-through and respond even at weird times, on top of everything, impressively so. We were renting sight unseen so a lot of trust was involved and my partner and I are so pleased that we ended up with her, its a great reflection of the company! I dont usually leave reviews unless someone did a great job and for this I actually had to track her down and ask her where I could leave a good review. So I imagine a lot more people also had good experiences with her and her company but it just didnt even occur to them to leave a note somewhere.Thank you Kelli! Nicole Lang sold my house. Fast.Selling your house isn’t just a financial transaction. It can be an overwhelming and unfamiliar process, your to-do list a mile long, grief you weren’t expecting, a mountain of decisions, logistics like a space shuttle launch. Nicole navigates the process with such grace and warmth. She brings coherence to the chaos like someone who can solve a rubric cube with one hand, petting my dogs with the other, all while cracking jokes and emanating ‘you got this’ vibes. She was so patiently present, responding to calls and texts, that I’m not sure how she had other clients. We worked with Kristina Cutbirth and couldn’t have had a better experience! We met Kristina over a year ago when she helped us find a rental home when we first relocated to Austin from San Antonio. We knew very little about Austin at the time and Kristina really helped us find a great location to settle into for first year. When we were ready to buy, we knew who to call! Heidi Trevithick at JBGoodwin is an outstanding realtor and you would be lucky to have her sell your house. What struck me as unique from all the other realtors I interviewed was that when I reached out to set the initial consultation, she didnt rush to meet, but instead asked for 48hrs to do some research and prepare a proper presentation. When we met I wasnt disappointed, she came to the initial consultation very prepared. Heidi knew our neighborhood, the different builders in our community and how that translated into the appropriate price to list our home. There are many realtors that will under value a home for a quick sale which translates into less work for the agent, but not Heidi, she knows one of the biggest assets a seller has is their home and wants to see them get a good return on their investment. This mantra is not something she told us...rather its something I observed time and time again as we went through this process. Our house went on the market in June, which was a difficult transition period in the Austin market, with the high interest rates and the beginning of a massive heatwave in Texas, we didnt know what to expect. She didnt slack off, instead she kept at it, stayed in touch and was always accessible. She was thinking two steps ahead and keeping the flow of potential buyers coming through to look at it. Heidi went above and beyond to make sure our house had open houses every weekend and when necessary had a brokers viewing to evaluate the house to get feed back and adjust as needed. It paid off because when the average days on market for our area was 38, Heidi had ours sold in just 35!!The house closed in less than a month and Heidi was there along the way to notify us what was happening or coming next. I cant say there was one mis-step along the way and thats because as I mentioned at the beginning of this post Heidi comes prepared... She really thought of everything.We knew we wanted a new build but didn’t realize the process it takes to find one (Desiree drove with me from lot to lot, cold-calling builders until she found us the perfect fit). To me, that was the most helpful because I felt like I had seen every house for sale in Austin and nothing felt quite right. This review is in reference to Andrew Zimmerman, whom I have been working with since the end of August. I found Mr. Zimmerman to be an invaluable guide through the complexity of buying and selling homes in Austin and the surrounding areas. He was helped me prioritize projects around my home in preparation for selling. He went above and beyond, from power washing, painting, and helping me load up an old fence and bulk items into a rental dumpster. When what I was looking for proved to be difficult to find, Mr. Zimmerman explored alternative options with me, from land sales with park model RVs to building custom tiny homes and expanding our search to surrounding areas. Unfortunately, the real estate market in Austin was hit an unprecedented development, sky rocketing prices and plummeting numbers of available homes. The options within my budget and requirements rapidly disappeared. I was forced to make the difficult decision to delay my move until the market becomes more favorable again. Mr. Zimmerman was extremely gracious throughout this process and particularly with the decision to not move forward with the sale. On a personal note, Mr. Zimmerman was great with my dogs and they absolutely adored him. I highly recommend Mr. Zimmerman to anyone in the Austin area, and if the opportunity arises in the future, would absolutely work with him again.

I knew we needed to move quickly as it was juuuuuust in the range we could afford and was getting a LOT of interest.The very next day she met with my fiance late in the evening to show him as well, and he loved it too! We decided to make a move and put in an offer before the weekend when they would be having another open house. Knowing our budget was strict, she worked very hard to negotiate into our price range, and helped us to connect with the sellers to show them how much this home would mean to us. Thanks to her persistence, our offer was accepted and we went forward through the home buying process! Kristina came to our home inspection, she connected us to our wonderful, communicative, and fair mortgage team, and walked us through every nuance we could think of, and some we didnt!You will be hard pressed to find a better realtor than Kristina! Jeff Harkson is an absolute pleasure to know and work with! He was a straight-up angel sent to us during a very stressful time.
