Mrs. Martin helped my wife and I find our new home. She is honest and have went beyond reach to make sure the seller’s realtor waited for our second lender to re-qualify us. The first lender was from CA and didn’t know TX VA law but luckily Mrs. Martin saved the day and found us a very reliable lender that actually got us a lower percentage rate and paper-work fees. Now she is financially realistic and don’t push big price tag, she made sure we wanted to take on the mortgage payment. Plus she made sure area was safe. Very informative, friendly and trusting! Lori Largen is an AMAZING realtor! My husband and I have had an amazing home buying experience in our time working with Lori. She was patient and considerate with us through the entire process. She answered any questions we had no matter what and always had our best interest at heart. Lori would change her plans sometimes in order to take us to a house viewing. She set up a search that constantly sent us new homes that went on the market that had the criteria we wanted. When we would have her driving all across San Antonio looking at different houses she never once complained.When we finally decided to put an offer on a house she explained everything to us in great detail and made the process so easy. She even found us a lender to use so we didnt have to go out of our way to do it and suggested us the best home warranty company. Lori was ALWAYS on our side and a great realtor to work with that will always be in your corner and there for you. I was retiring from the military and wanted to make San Antonio home....Bruce was able to locate a home from what I described and within my budget, and conducted a walk through of a prospective home while I was still out-of-state. His dedication throughout the process was phenomenal...from attending the home inspection, to working with the selling agent, to working the finance with a lender for a VA loan, and answering the multitude of questions I had, Bruce provided the personal touch and support that is rare to find these days. Upon arriving to San Antonio, Bruce had me and my family lined up to close on the house and move in!!! Wendy Martin is an exceptional realtor-HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We lived out of state, and were looking to move to the area. As you can imagine, it proves difficult to house shop, view homes, complete paperwork, correspond with the lender, etc. from 1600 miles away. Wendy went out of her way to make our experience seamless and convenient. She was attentive when listening to our requests when it came to what we wanted, when we travelled into town she was willing to schedule last minute viewing appointments for us, and stayed in constant contact with our lender. Additionally, she has numerous contacts who have assisted us with home upgrades and repairs who were professional and very reasonable when it came to cost. We were so happy with Wendy, we recommended her to my mother-in-law who has since worked with Wendy herself.

You don’t care if your realtor calls you back in a timely manner, or at all.2. You hate realtor’s that have expert knowledge of the markets and properties they show you.3. You love realtors that act as though they’re doing you a favor by using them.4. You want a realtor that cares more about closing the deal than if you have the right house, and disappears after the deal is done.5. And finally, the last reason to avoid doing business with Jonathan, you absolutely hate intelligent, knowledgeable, outgoing young business people that understand that success comes from satisfying customers!If you use anyone else, on purpose, you’re just foolish. You’ve no idea how many messages, at hours and on days he had no obligation to do so, he returned when we needed answers or help. I’m a tough customer to make happy because I’m older and was raised to build success in business through happy customers. Developing relationships that lead to repeat business. Jonathan is a “throwback” so someone taught him right! I cannot recommend him more adamantly!
