    Working with Dave, Kailey, Alex and Heather has been an amazing experience! From start to finish, everyone has been so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. We were leery about selling our home traditionally being that we have 3 young kids and two dogs, but this process could not have been smoother! It truly was a painless experience overall! They even sold our home in less with a week with multiple offers! Each person on the team was readily available to answer any questions that popped up and really did their best to accommodate any needs or concerns (and always with a cheerful attitude)!     David Bunyea & Willoughby Team Go Above and Beyond.Whether it was questions about quick renovations, lists of possible contractors, and detailed analysis of the real estate market almost daily via email, by phone or text, the Willoughby Team went above and beyond in both helping us close quickly on our forever home and help us sell our previous home during the downtime of winter! Dave in particular was responsive and answered calls and texts every day, and was able to get us in contact with a coworker when he had to unexpectedly leave the state for family reasons. Top notch professionals that I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

    We had a great experience with Jaymes and his team at Keller Williams. The skill of a realtor and their support team comes to the forefront when the market cools, which was the case during our sale. Jaymes worked with us (this was an estate sale with multiple stakeholders) to prep the property to make it shine. Jaymes helped us stage the property and executed multiple marketing blitzes and showing days. We were kept appraised of the market weekly with Jaymes video reviews, and had multiple strategy sessions. I cant speak for the other agents on his team because Jaymes was our listing agent, but if you want a rockstar broker/agent, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Main reasons to choose Jaymes: our house was on the market for less than a week (on purpose because we wanted a multiple offer situation), we had over 30+ views (including the open houses), he helped us save a good bit of $ with option, ernest, %, etc., him and I spoke on the phone EVERY single day during the process, he even gave me his sons info to help me load some things into the house, and finally, hes just a good guy.
