    Robbins Real Estate Group is a class act!! I was contacted by his office in a time was considering to sell my home but was on the fence. So when I was contacted by his office, Jay immediately followed up and reach out to me. He then a day or two later came out to meet with me to introduce himself and really provide me insights into his business and the market. He started off with introducing himself and was very transparent but made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. He took his time to go through the contract and made sure I understood everything and that everything moved within my timeline. He and his team were terrific and when I needed to have paper work sent to the title company he sent Tom by who came and picked up my package and called me to see when I would be home to return the important documents back to me. I must say, I do not trust many agents but Jay and his Team made me feel comfortable and lived up to their reputation per the other comments youve seen posted. It was truly a pleasure working with the Robbins Real Estate Group and I would do it again, 100%. The are effective, efficient, compassionate and get the job done. I am truly a satisfied and will definitely recommend Jay and his team if you looking to buy or sell a home.

    As the executor of my old friend’s last will I had his house to sell, and by then the real estate market had grown difficult for sellers. When an estate is placed in probate the residential property traders get the details at the courthouse and I was besieged by prospective buyers; so I spent two weeks touring the place with would-be investors and a handful of real estate agents. Half a dozen friends strongly recommended that I sign up with this or that MLS agent. Soon I had seven offers in a wide range of cash amounts. One afternoon Mindy Robbins visited and suggested that my wife and I talk with her husband Jay. The Robbins were strangers to us, but everything Jay had to say about the residential “investor” market and my specific offers made me realize that, just as I had come to suspect, I was swimming with sharks. I agreed to a very short-term contract with Team Robbins just to find a safer cove in the market. Jay and his associates went to work, holding open houses, scheduling tours and soliciting offers. If I said no to an offer, Jay kept looking for others. When the right offer came I was amazed at what he had done, and I believe the buyers were as happy as I was.

    Jay has truly been a joy to work with! The first time I worked with Jay Robbins Real Estate was in 2017 when I purchased my first home as a single woman. At that time I didnt work with Jay personally, but rather one of his agents and it was as seamless and easy a process as I could have hoped. When my house burnt down in 2020, my husband and I made the decision to sell the property as is rather than rebuilding. Though I was hounded daily by companies that advertised buying run down properties without the hassle I thought it was best to call my previous realtor to understand how to best go about the process. This time my call was returned by Jay personally and was told that he would come out and see my property and provide some insight and I would not need to commit to anything if I wanted to go a different route. After walking through the property he told me what I could expect process wise, the price I could expect to fetch, and so on. I was absolutely blown away and frankly I thought he was pulling my leg because it was far and away above anything I thought was possible. With that in mind my husband and I moved forward with Jay and the entire process took just days - one weekend total to be exact to get well above the asking price and we closed in just 7 days to a cash buyer. Jay was there every step of the way and was always available to reach. Once we decided to find a new build we reached out to Jay again and hes been invaluable to myself and my husband as we started on this new process, hes been at every meeting and has advocated for us while also providing some realistic feedback given the current climate in real estate. While we hope this new build will be our forever home if we ever find ourselves buying again hell be our first call. I would recommend Jay without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell.

    Ill keep this simple: Jay Robbins and the Robbins Real Estate Group are the only realtors wed ever think of using. In fact, we trust them so much, that weve had our daughter and son-in-law use them twice (once to sell and once to buy). My husband and I have bought, sold, then bought again with only Robbins Real Estate. We sold our last house for a nice profit, because Jay priced it right, and we listened to Mindys advice on staging our home. We bought are dream home by listening to Jay and his advice on what to bid. Robbins Real Estate takes the time to listen. They care about finding a home that suits you, and not just getting another sale. They are always willing to go the extra mile because they care about people. If I ever choose to sell this home and buy another, my first phone call will be to Jay Robbins.

    I met Jay Robbins back in early 2006. I was so busy working, Jay picked me up at my office; showed me properties in my precise desired location area and we found our beautiful townhouse. The purchase process was easy and seamless, and we eventually recommended Jay and Mindy to friends and family. Now 12 year later, we’re relocating, and with a quick phone call Jay and Mindy came over to our home to discuss. They knew exactly what we needed to do to get ready and helped us through the process (this time as a Seller) along with their amazing team members. Our home was on the market for 10 days and we had an offer. Excellent advice; good strategy; highly knowledgeable. What an amazing team! Highly recommend.

    I cant overstate how fortunate I feel that we found and had the pleasure of working with Jay for our recent home purchase. You can throw a rock and hit some friends aunt who just got their real estate license and would love to work with you. This was especially crucial in the current real estate market that makes things particularly difficult for buyers.     Carol, Jay, and Team at Robbins real-estate are absolute amazing. They are the only people i will trust when it comes to buying and selling my home. Theyre knowlege and experience is exceptional. It was like working with family. Since we were moving to Texas, we have a lot on our plate as it is, they made things so much easier for us. We won the first and only bid we put down.     Jay and Mindy are fantastic!! I was making a BIG life change and relocating to another state on short notice.
