I had the pleasure of working with JaVanka as a first time home buyer! JaVanka was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and would get back to me promptly with things she had to do a little research on. JaVanka made herself avalible to tour homes, provide guidance and do regular check ins. JaVanka also provided recommendations for homes to tour. I felt as though I toured a lot of homes but she was reassuring and always open. JaVanka went above and beyond by helping meet contractors or other service members at the home since I was out of town for 1 month after closing. JaVanka also has great connects for contractors for home improvements in the area. Overall JaVanka went beyond my expectations in buying my first home and I would recommend her to anyone. JaVanka will provide as much guidance and support as you need to make this process easier for anyone.
