We found Jared by chance (through some Youtube videos) and decided to reach out to him when we came out for a visit. We were not completely sold on the idea of moving multiple states and wanted to get a feel for the area. Jared was more than willing to meet with us, provide insight on the area, and show us some properties so we could get an idea of what was available. A month and a half later we bought our dream home in Aledo, TX. Ironically, the home we purchased is a home that Jared showed us on our visit.Jared was fantastic as a representative of our interests throughout process. Jared gave us all the information and let us make our choice, but was also sure to mention things that we may not know about, or may not have thought about. Jared was an outstanding realtor! We had quite a complicated road to buying our home in Aledo - we are a military family who lived in Italy while searching for a home in the Fort Worth area. Jared set up a search for us and we were notified via email anytime a home that had the criteria we were looking for came on the market. Whenever we saw one we liked, Jared was able to look at it for us and video call with us so we could see it. He was really great about showing us homes at times were were available, despite our 7 hour time difference. When we were ready to put in an offer on a house, Jared really did his research and made sure we were putting in a fair offer. Once we were in escrow, he was there to help us every step of the way, from inspections all the way through to setting up a mobile notary and wire transfer. We werent able to be present for the inspection, pre-and post- walk throughs, but Jared went and made sure we were kept in the loop. Jared really gained our trust early on and he was a pleasure to work with. If youre looking for a home in the Fort Worth area, Jared is definitely who you want to call!
