To be honest I never meet Jantavia during our encounter due to living in different states, however, all of our interactions were via phone, email, and text messaging. She was always very professional and kept my daughter and myself informed on all the transactions, forms, and business that needed to be taken care of. Trying to find somewhere to move in a rush and planning a wedding at the same time has been so stressful. I thank God for Jan! Guys it is true!!You can buy a home using your section 8 voucher. I recommend BETTER HALF REALTY GROUP to walk you through the process. By no means is the process easy but it is worth it.JAN is easy to work with and has her team prepared to solve any problems that may arise. JAN is very knowledgeable about the voucher program. JAN has great communication skills and understands your needs to give you the personal attention needed to complete the process in a timely manner. Jantavia is an absolute gem! I honestly couldn’t have found my tenant without her help. She’s so knowledgeable and experienced, and she really walks you through the whole process, making sure you never feel lost or overwhelmed. I started working with her in mid-February, and by the end of the month, she had already found me a tenant! What I thought was going to be impossible turned out to be totally doable thanks to her. I’m really grateful for everything she did, and I can’t recommend her enough!
