During the years we owned our ranch I had heard in the area many times that the realtor to work with was Janette Padgett. When we had to sell due to medical isssues we called Janette and are so happy we did. She is extremely knowledgeable, a consummate professional, patient, hard working, trustworthy, and just the nicest person you could hope to meet. She had a great game plan, access to all of the current media listings, and just a tireless worker. Due to our inability to visit the ranch, Janette treated it as her own and went way far out of her way several times to ship us keepsakes and also do repairs.Not only was she successful selling our ranch this year, we now feel fortunate to call Janette our friend.Gordon & Amy Hammett
