Jana was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish! She made the process very easy. Her whole team is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Jana sold our house in 11 days where other houses in neighborhood were sitting for months. She helped us navigate finding a new house quickly and worked with the sellers to get us the best possible deal. I can not say enough about her professionalism and willingness to go up and over what is expected for her clients. She exceeded all our expectations and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

This is not an advertisement for Jana, Its ALL TRUE! Jana is the best agent weve ever used and weve gone through plenty of them. The first indicator of a good agent is they answer their phone when you call, every time. Its very frustrating not to be able to communicate quickly with your agent. Jana replies to texts quickly too. We had a whopper for Jana; Sell 2 homes and buy one. We were able to sell both our houses within the first few days of the listing (both well above asking!). She knows what to write to make a great, enticing listing, that stands out on the MLS. The advice we received from our agent was good, accurate, professional and well thought out. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge to get things done, quickly. Next we were able to buy our new house for less than asking and close very quick! She is a super-negotiator and has a sixth sense for knowing what to say and do in the real estate market to best serve her clients. Even during these crazy times with Covid, it all got done. I would have no problem recommending Jana to anyone who needs a professional agent and will definitely use her again.
