Believe me you cant go wrong with picking James as your realtor. Whether you are selling or buying, he is all hands on deck. He has built a reputable network of connections with contractors that if you are selling your home whatever you need that has to get done to close the deal he got it. If you are buying even after the deal has closed, if something is needed he got you.He was so great with helping me purchase my home that I called him back 2 years later to sell it too! Now to me and my wife he is family!

Not only did he sell my home, but when I wanted to search for a new home he gave me several quality options to choose from.
