James was awesome. Ive always heard that buying a house is a nightmare, but the Chief made it a dream experience for me. He took care of everything in great detail, including the utilities, inspections, absolutely everything. He had contacts for my every need. He helped my daughter with the purchase of her first home, followed by the sale of that home, then assisted her with getting her dream home. The Chief is the best in the business, hands down.
