We were doubtful at first to list our Tomball home during an off peak period (Oct-Dec), but James knows his stuff and showed us recent comps that exceeded our selling cost expectations. Once we listed, he had buyers in for viewings the next day and even an offer. We ultimately accepted an offer within the first month that met our expectations, and James’ team guided us through inspections and several buyer concerns without much hassle on our end. His team went out of their way over the holidays to get us through appraisal, repairs, and temporary rental so that we could close on time in early January.In addition to selling our house through James, he helped us to find our perfect home purchase across town. Like the selling process, his team walked us through the steps and even highlighted some things to watch out for during inspections. After purchase, James has continued to check in with us periodically to provide home tips and to see how we are enjoying our new home.First class service on both ends of the home buying/selling process!
