Most recently, he was instrumental in selling our 30-plus-year-old rental property in Village of Western Oaks, which is zoned to top Austin public schools. Despite the tough buyers market, James was dedicated, honest, and thorough as ever.During the sale of our rental property, James consistently went above and beyond. He was incredibly supportive when dealing with a demanding buyers agent and always gave us solid advice on what was worth renovating and what could be left as-is. James is a consummate professional with immaculate attention to detail and a broad knowledge of real estate. He pulled out all the stops with staging (best staging Ive seen -- any several others made the same comments), photographing, marketing, and ultimately selling my home in a slow-moving neighborhood while having to compete with new construction. Thanks to James hard work and chasing down every last lead, we got 2 offers and sold for full asking price. James was always a step ahead anticipating what action wed need to take next. We worked with James DeLoney in the fall of 2023 to sell our home, and we couldnt have been more pleased! James brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic during a slow real estate market. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. James helped us get an offer on the house that were happy with and he was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner.
