Using the VA Veteran Home Loan and purchasing my first house , I had so many questions and concerns throughout the process. However, James was ALWAYS over and above with timeliness and informative responses that took all the pressure off from the whole home buying process. I don’t think he missed a single call of mine during our two month search.Additionally, I never felt like I was being sold or convinced on anything. He is eager to get you the best deal possible and it’s evident when he’s going through the home discovery process with you.We have already sent one of our closed friends to him to help her find her first home as well. I will be using James in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I was dealing with a horrible and unresponsive realtor until I switched to James. From the first time we spoke over the phone it was obvious that James was the type of relator that would be responsive and provide valuable insight during the home buying process. James was extremely responsive to every question that my wife and I had no matter what day or time we asked. With his experience we were able to find the perfect house for us along with a number of upgrades that James was able to negotiate for us at no cost. Anyone who is moving in or around Austin needs to reach out and have James help you in your house search.

I am a first time home buyer and also buying in a location distant from my current place of residence. So much of my experience had to be handled over the phone, vía text and email! James caught on very quickly and intuitively as to what I was looking for in a home, my major priorities, and my deal breakers . Due to my distance he pre-checked several lists of homes for me and helped me narrow down the ones to see in person. I trusted him with the process so effortlessly that I asked him to put an offer on a house based on his review, videos and communication with me as I was afraid the house would sell before I could come to town to see it!
