    Jade went over and beyond in the entire process of selling our home!Working with her was night and day difference from the “big reputable firm” I had initially enlisted with “VIP concierge services” that promised the world.I’m currently working overseas in a 12-hr time zone difference - and can’t believe just how many issues were quickly resolved by Jades’s strong sense of initiative and resolve.With the big firm, I quickly realized I was just another number to them and their many listings.For 6-months with the big firm, the house as-is failed to get any serious offers.Any issues that surfaced with home maintenance (HVAC, Pool, Dust), or negative feedback on home viewings - my initial realtor would suggest that I* source a contractor myself to fix it or make renovations.On top of asking for several price reductions as his main “selling strategy”. It was clear he would entertain low ball offers and concede to many of the buyer asks. Often doing the bare minimum in mediating offers.In huge contrast, Jade was a strong advocate of getting us the highest sale price and lowest fees. A steadfast negotiator and great person to have in your corner.She was able to not only make tasteful suggestions on quick renovations to improve the reception of the home - but she was able to curate and contract affordable improvements for our driveway, living rooms, kitchen, and backyard patio.For other smaller issues, she quite literally would do some of the fixes herself to help save us money on repairs + have home aesthetically ready for an influx of scheduled showings.She was always available within a reasonable time window to resolve any problems.Cannot recommend her enough for her relentless initiative, connections, discretion, and most importantly ability to execute.

    I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to find my beautiful new home. Daisy was available 24/7, she responded to calls and texts right away, and there was magnificent communication constantly between us. And when we waited for other parties to reply, she proactively went above and beyond to contact them and try to obtain information as we waited. My home buying process went rather quickly, and at ease, with Daisy by my side.     Daisy Zepeda has been wonderful throughout the whole process. Although the process is stressful, Daisy was able to sell my home without hesitation and took care of the whole deal. I literally just showed up to sign my paperwork and that’s it. Daisy was able to get us almost double the offer we initially asked for!!We’re almost done closing on our new home and again Daisy has been there through the whole process. Buying a new home is stressful and comes with a lot of paperwork. If I don’t understand the paperwork, Daisy will take a look at it and she’ll explain what it is and if it’s safe for me to sign. If you’re looking to sell your current home or buy a new one I would definitely give Daisy a call. Besides her professionalism, Daisy is very sweet and really cares about her clients and their families needs.

    We have had our home on the market on and off for years with no success. Many times, we had no offers. I believe that this was a result of poor marketing and the lack of drive of the previous agents. After much contemplation of placing our home back on the market, we hired Kennedy Offoegbu. He and his team immediately took control and aggressively showed our property. As a result, we immediately had numerous showings along with “open house” events. I’m happy to report that we sold our home over asking price. Kennedy made the whole process effortless and he and his team were extremely professional the whole way through process.
