This is one of those times I wish you give out 10 stars and not just 5! Jaime has made my wife and I home buying experience really easy and streamlined. Jaime is very communicative about the process as well. We assumed buying a home at a good price in downtown historic Rockwall would not be attainable considering how tight the housing market was. Silver Oak Realty didn’t let us down! Jaime worked hard at negotiating my wife and I an outstanding deal. From start to finish she helped us understand the ins and outs of home buying. As newly weds this made one less hurdle to figure out as we plan our life together in a wonderful home! The Lyles family thanks Jaime for helping us get our family in a great home !

Jaime is not only an amazing and competent real estate agent, she is also a genuinely caring and conscientious human being. She is someone I both trust and am deeply grateful for having had the honor as working with as a seller.I found myself in a difficult situation last year, handling the administration of an estate following the unexpected passing of my older brother. I live in another state and was soon overwhelmed with details I simply couldnt attend to from such a distance. My brothers house was in need of a bit of clean up and some tender loving care. And though he has already started remodeling and updating his Plano home several years ago, he was only part way through the process.Most of the agents I encountered were focused on helping take the house off my hands, but failed to recognize the huge and very real emotional side of the situation. This was my brothers home. Everything he had acquired over the past 30 years of his life was held within those walls. And it was up to me to have those things and his home find a meaningful place in the world once he was gone.I wanted to honor my brother and I needed a caring soul to help me do that. Jaime was that caring soul. She found homes for his remaining belongings - things that had no substantial retail value but that meant something to him. She looked at what he had started with his remodel project and brought it to completion. I can honestly say, it looked seamless, as though my brother and Jaime were talking with one another. And then she found a young family for whom my brothers house would become a loving home. This was important. My brother had never married or had children of his own, but family was so very important to him.Jaime helped my honor my brother in a way that helped me navigate what had happened in way the felt healing and gave me a sense of peace.
