Amazing, I will begin by using the word amazing to describe my experience with Jacquelyn Spruiell. I am 67-years old and began a journey of a lifetime beginning in 2020, traveling the Southwest of US to look for land (My own type of gold.). I got stranded outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico while driving down to Silver City NM and ended up buying land from Jackie. While paying for this land I became quite ill and was able to manage payments until paid off. Jackie was always there for me to answer questions, provide insight about the area, and other important matters to do with land buying. I never gave up hope, knowing Jackie believed in me helped me believe in myself when things seemed very dark with my health.I am someone who grew up living in random rented homes, moving across the country at a young age several times. The rootlessness of my childhood made me determined to leave my daughter land someday, before I pass. I really do not think I would be so encouraged in my quest without such an honest, respectful realtor such as Jackie.I do not trust easily, but after getting to know her and seeing how she treated clients and the land I eased into my venture a little more, and with confidence and comfort.My daughter and myself are now landowners and I can rest in peace she will have something for herself if she moves out to this area one day.

If you think this market is so hot you don’t need an agent, you might not. But if you want your home sold for top dollar AND quickly, you need Jacquelyn! She gave good advice on what we needed to do (or not waste money doing) and knew the timing of the listing and when to stop the showings. We had over 25 showings in 4 days and had 5 offers. She did spreadsheet analysis to help us determine which offer was best for us and it closed a week early!!! Other nearby homes that went on market before ours are still sitting and lowering price. So glad we knew what was fair price and how to professionally offer for sale. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with purchasing land was incredibly easy and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly. What really surprised me was how J. Spruiell went far and above to make sure to clear every single concern I may have instead of rushing to close the deal. She wanted to make sure that there were no misunderstandings about my purchase and that it was indeed best for me. She impressed me even more with follow up in regards to what I thought was an error on the paperwork provided to me by the county. She had no need to do so as all had been long finalized and this was an error by the county. I hope to work with her in the future again. Thank you!
