I reached out to Jackie on a listing I saw online. It was one of her listings. As I was in the market, I reached out on several other listings with different Dallas real estate agents. Jackie called me almost immediately to see what I was looking for. We saw the house I was interested in several times. At the end of that small journey, I decided not to make an offer on that house. I felt a bit bad about it, given how much effort she had put in to answering all my questions, having me meet the builder, and meeting me several times as I brought along a coterie of other people to help me make a decision.By this time, I was totally fed up with the other realtors I had been looking at places with as well. They kept wanting to show me houses that I was not even close to wanting, or that were far outside what I had told them I was looking for.When I declined to make an offer on the house she had shown me repeatedly, I kind of figured she would be done with me at this point. I had not expected to hear back from her, but sure enough, she came back to me in a week. This time with a listing for another place that matched what I was looking for exactly. And it was cheaper, bigger, and better constructed than the first place we had looked at.Not only did she stick with me until I was completely happy, she helped get a great place to live for me and my son. Have you ever had an experience where as a customer you felt like the only person the salesperson had to deal with and therefore you received the best service and their undivided attention? That is what is like working with Jackie when you are looking for a house to buy. You know she has other customers and you expect to wait for responses, but that just isnt the case. Even when she was dealing with someone else, she lets you know she will be right with you. From beginning to end, Jackie was on top of the process, sending suggestions, responding to my information requests on a particular property, and even letting me know of possible upcoming properties.Jackie may me feel as if my home search was the most important thing in her day. We met at properties on short notice if I found one and then drove to several others nearby that she felt may suit my needs.When the time came, Jackie sent me to a property that was perfect for what I needed and then she worked with me, the seller, the sellers agent and within hours we were moving forward with the next steps. The closing was the smoothest I have ever experienced and Jackie was right there to make sure there were no glitches.
