Jackie has been extraordinary since the first time we made contact. My husband and I have reached out to many realtors while we’ve been hunting for a rental property. Jackie has been the only one that will consistently check up on you and follow through all the way.She is persistent and quick to reply! Conversations are comfortable as she is very down to earth in person as well!!Great customer service and follow through! I wish everyone in customer service were as thorough as her! 😊

Jackie was able to give us an entire Saturday on short notice. We were coming in from out of town and needed to look at a number of properties, she took us through 14 homes in one day and was very flexible to our needs. The first few homes she was quiet and listened to get a feel for what we were looking for, then helped point out things that we were looking for in the later ones. On several homes we talked about what we would want to update or change in the home, and she seemed to know someone she could recommend to help us with nearly all of it. We really appreciated her inputs and the help she was able to give us in finding our new house.
