Having myself bought and sold likely 85 properties in the last 30 years as investments abroad, I have met my share of realtors. As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about finding a realtor. We called several and got a very car salesman vibe from most. They would offer to put us on mailing lists but wouldnt really listen to what we were looking for. Then came Joseph.
