There comes a time when you meet someone that you can just tell how passionate they are about what they know, understand and do. When it comes to the drive of an amazing realtor with J. Lindsey Properties, I undoubtedly think of Quyen M. Pham. This woman is, hands down, the person to request when you are ready to purchase or sell your home. I call her “QP” for “Quality Performance” because from the first day I met her, she set out to be top quality in service and knowledge of real estate. I have and will continue to refer her name when suggesting a realtor at J. Lindsey Properties.Go ahead and get familiar with the two. I believe it will be one of the smartest decisions you will make for your self.

I had a very pleasant experience with Hesan. He was very helpful when it came to my family and I and was patient considering it was our first time doing something like this. We bought our first house in Katy and he got as a great deal on it. He kept a professional environment while also being nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Jay has handled two transactions for me over the past three years. On both occasions, she made a point of explaining all my options, costs, and any possible problems associated with each deal. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she always behaved in a professional and friendly way even when I became anxious about how things were moving forward. I will definitely seek out her services in the future and highly recommend her to others seeking an honest and well informed real estate agent.

Lindsey was a great mentor to me during my first year. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She provided me with guidance on how to succeed in the challenging world of real estate. She had a lot of confidence in me and that made me believe more in my potential. She was patient even when I bugged her with my endless questions and what-ifs.She taught me how to be a tough negotiator and to stay calm in difficult situations. She is very knowledgeable and that makes her a great mentor.
