We have had the pleasure working with Joni Dawson and her team on multiple transactions! We couldnt have been more pleased! Joni worked diligently in a down market to get us the best possible offer on our most recent home. She brought in a fabulous photographer and showcased our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also has a fabulous flair for design which helped us prepare our home to catch the eye of buyers. Joni kept the transaction moving along to make sure we closed in a timely manner. We appreciated that they were always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She is professional, responsive, ethical and is the truly sweetest person. We had a great experience and will be happy to contract with her again.

Joni Dawson is the most communicative and helpful realtor we have ever worked for. I have purchased two houses and sold one through her company and it has been a very pleasant experience. Jerry is the most patient and helpful person I know when looking at houses. Also good at pointing our things we wouldnt have thought of when looking for a new area. You cannot go wrong working with this company for buying or selling!!

We’ve worked with Joni Dawson for several years. She’s sold 3 homes for us and she’s helped us purchase 2. She’s never tried to talk us into something, as a matter of fact, when we expressed interest in one house, she pointed out why a particular feature may not be good for resale. She’s communicative and so very easy to work with. All of our transactions have gone smoothly, thanks to the efforts of Joni!

Where do i begin about Joni Dawson,One of the best realtors out there!!We were looking for our retirement lake home on Lake Grandbury. We had ran into issues with the realtor we were using. We started looking for another realtor to help us when we came upon J Dawson Realty. When we went into her office, she made up feel comfortable. She truly wanted to get to know us and help us with our quest to find a place. When we found the perfect lake home she negotiated the price to get us a better deal then we thought we could. She knows her stuff and never pressured us to make a deal to hastily just to get a sale. She was very patient and helped us to find the right place. Joni the the type realtor that once you get to know her and see how she operates, you will not want to go with anyone else. I cannot say enough regarding the great service that we received from Joni and her team. We had originally listed with another agent and we had only a couple of showings during more than half a year. We switched to Joni and immediately saw a difference! She staged the property and promoted it actively, while also providing frequent unprompted updates on status ... even when the update was that nothing has changed. She coordinated lawn service for us (since we were no longer in town) and several other tasks as needed. In a short time, we had a buyer and Joni managed a great outcome for us!

Back in 2020 - before and during all of the CoVid lock-downs, etc., we connected with Joni Dawson to help us sell our house in Pecan Plantation, and then to help us buy our new home off the Granbury Square. We listed our home with Joni just before leaving on an international trip. She handled showings for us which quickly lead to offers, and then a contract. Throughout the process, she kept us up to date via emails. We had a signed contract and closing scheduled on our return. By the time we got to the closing date, CoVid lockdowns were in full swing and we were all learning how to do things “virtually”. Joni walked us through the process without a hitch. Her knowledge of both real estate law, process and procedure, and Granbury in particular, were very helpful as she helped us find and purchase the home we now live in just off the Granbury Square. All communication and negotiations were conducted as they should have been - openly, honestly and in a very timely manner. There are certainly no shortage of realtors in Granbury, not to mention those outside of Granbury listing and showing properties here. Our experience with Joni underscored the value of working with a real estate broker/agent who not only works here, but also lives here, and is a fully involved member of our community.

My family has worked with Joni Dawson Realty several times over the last few years and we have always been extremely pleased! Joni has a genuine need to help her clients find the perfect home through her tireless efforts or sell their property quickly and seamlessly. She has done both for our family and friends. She has found homes for my niece moving from Cleveland, Ohio, our son, moving from Arlington, TX and sold my historic B&B near the Granbury Square, not to mention the times she has shown properties to other family members and friends who thought they might love to live in Granbury, but couldn’t work it out. We have also sent friends from Midland, TX to her and she found them exactly what they were looking for. Joni and her group of seasoned and knowledgeable realtors are very generous with their time and will walk you through the entire process regardless of the size of property or price you are looking for. They are especially helpful staging your home to sell quickly. We wouldn’t think of working with anyone else now that we have found Dawson Realty!!

When my husband and I decided to make a move to Granbury, TX, we didnt know anyone or any realtors in the area. We saw a sign with Jonis name on it, called her and arranged to meet. She listened to understand what we were really looking for to begin her search. She jumped right on it and was relentless in seeking properties that met our needs instead of wasting our time taking us to places she knew we wouldnt be interested in.When we decided to sell our house 5 years later, we reached out to her once again and were not disappointed. She sold our house in short order and managed all of the details flawlessly.Were not ready to move again but would certainly call her once again if needed. She was not just a real estate agent that was out to make a sale, instead, she was our realtor that represented us during the search and the sale. If you have real estate needs, I would highly recommend you call Joni first.

Joni has been involved with our entire family buying and selling real estate for over 20 years. I dont make a move without involving her. She has handled property and houses in Grapevine, Alvord, Justin, Irving and some places in the DFW Metrolplex for my kids, hubby and parents. She is so dang good at her job, knows all the aspects of buying, selling, the appraisal process, funding and financing and everything in-between...even the oil/gas rights and more. I wish she was licensed in other states too but that is a state thing... when it comes to Texas I only do business with Joni and her amazing team.
