Isabel was amazing from start to after finish! They say that looking for a home is a journey, and what a wonderful partner for that journey! She was patient when we couldnt make up our mind with exactly what we were looking for. She was diligent in finding us places to look at - and even when she knew a property wasnt for us, if we wanted to see it, she was there with a smile.Sometimes it was easy to get carried away with a place, but she was there to talk us through it - pointing out the flaws or the problems that we werent seeing - or the budget. She wasnt there to get the sale - she was there to find the perfect home for us. Which she did!She was completely ethical throughout the whole process, especially during the offer and closing. She established a trust early on, and never broke it. Throughout, she always brought her wonderful personality - honest and always with a smile and a warmth.Even post closing, she ensured we were settling in, provided helpful information, put us in contact with great tradespeople, and made us feel at home. And we very much feel at home in our new home - many thanks to Isabel!The only issue we had with Isabel was...wait, we had no issues - she is amazing!
