Iryna, is a terrific Realitor! When home shopping back this last year of 2022 I was out of town a lot working and my wife was looking at different homes for us and sending links to Iryna and myself. Iryna was very key in narrowing the window of quality homes and was in tune enough with the market to have an understanding of what we were looking for. She was very prompt on showing of homes and responding throughout the entire process. Would recommend using her if youre in the market. I say this because we had an awful experience with a different Realtor when selling our home 3 years prior. The difference with Iryna and her professionalism was night and day. Iryna was even on vacation during some of our time using her and she answered the phone or returned our calls in a very timely manor.Again I would highly recommend and will be using her in any future needs !

I want to sell one of my property in Dallas which has tenant in it i was searching on internet for realtor and i found Iryna Mitchell I talked to her on the phone asked her some question than decided to list it with her, and boy i was so lucky that i found Iryna with all the help she gave me no other relator will ever do what she did with the help because i worked with many different relators before and i know how it goes, but she is exceptional she is the best out there with her knowledge with her help she offered to me, she did amazing job for me, the property i listed with her when tenant moved out the tenant left huge mess and some damage to my property and Iryna wasted no time find painter, handyman, cleaning lady, carpet guy they did all the work so fast with her managing all that since i live out of state it was very difficult for me to do all that work. Also she offered to help me to evict another tenant who is not paying rent and went to court for me. i have other properties to sell and will always list them with her. Thank you Iryna for all the help.

In 2012 I was interested in buying my second house and interact with a number of real estate agents but generally they were not meeting my standards either they are slow to respond or they do not have enough information to answer my questions. Finally I don’t know how I got hold of Iryna’s number I called her probably she was busy with her kids and told me that she will return my call. She called and I discuss my requirements with her and at the end of the day she provided me a list of houses that were meeting my criteria. Since that day I have been working with Iryna. She is professionally very sound, knowledgeable, prompt in response, always there to provide the requested information, help in finding the right people for the right job, understand the market conditions, and above all she never upset or irritated despite asking too much questions and concerns. She always respond to my queries with a smiling face and never upset even if I have to back off any deals for my own personal reasons.Since 2012, she helps in buying a house in Mckinney at a very competitive price, help me in upgrading the house, putting it on rent, after one year re-rent, help me in buying another house, help me in upgraded the house and reselling the house at a profit margin. Now I working with her to buy another house. I am working overseas with time differential of eight hours but she is managing quite well.In short I could describe Iryna a real knowledgeable professional, having pleasant personality, prompt in response and always there to help and answer any issues/questions. We started to work with Iryna in 2009. She helped us to rent our house in Fairview/ Mckiney. She was very professional and honest with us(what is very important because we are leaving in Atlanta and do not have chance to check) . After we rented our house several more times with her and Iryna was on top of everything. The only thing we should help her is to take money from the Tenants. She advised us when is the best time to sell the house and we got more than we expected in the very short period of time, she get a contract for our house in a few days after it was listed. We had some troubles with the showing our house because of the Tenants but she makes everything very easy for us and helps to solve this problem as well, though it was not her responsibility. Iryna helps to solve any real estate needs in the best interest of her client. We appreciate her help a lot
