I cant say enough good things about Rebecca and her team. They helped us buy our home a few months ago. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and expeditious. We are new to the Houston area, and from the beginning, Rebecca helped us understand the (many) various neighborhoods and made sure to take the time to figure out what was important to us in a house. She had several meetings with us to explain various aspects of the process and the neighborhoods, with absolutely no pressure. As she helped us refine what we were looking for, she set us up to receive specific alerts of houses that fit our criteria. Any house we were interested in, she made an appointment and came to see it with us, quickly. Some days she saw six houses with us. Other days it was only one. And if she couldnt be with us, someone from her team would step in. Throughout the process of putting offers on houses, Rebecca always asked our feelings, and when we were not sure, she was there to offer solid advice, which she always explained thoroughly. She knows the market and was able to craft an offer in this incredibly competitive environment that had everything the sellers were looking for while also making sure to look out for our interests. She went above and beyond. We were able to get in touch with her any time, and she was able to answer, or find out, any question we had, even when it was tangential and probably not something most brokers would know. My husband and I were referred to Rebecca Chirich through a family friend and could not be more pleased with having her as her realtor. With buying our first home, we had no idea what to expect. She toured multiple houses with us, giving us space to explore the houses and form our own opinions, but always being honest when we asked for her insights.When a house we love came online in the Boulevard Oaks neighborhood, she immediately helped us to schedule a private tour, attend the open house, and put in an offer all within 24 hours. The sellers had asked for “Best and final” that same night. We entered a bidding war with seven other people—to say that it was stressful is an understatement! But Rebecca coached us through every step of the process, staying up late hours a night to get an offer we felt comfortable with finished. I really appreciate that she helped us find ways to make our offer stronger beyond just increasing our purchase price.For the inspection process, we had no idea what to expect. Rebecca‘s knowledge of the industry really showed here. She helped us figure out what aspects were important and which maintenance things we could set up a timeline for. Devon was exceptional in helping my partner and I find our place to call “home”! She explained the process fluidly and comprehensively, making every step clear and easy. She is also incredibly considerate, kind, and understanding, making the overall experience enjoyable. She always responded quickly, if not immediately, and was able to answer every question we had. Devon suggested great places according to our preferences; when it came to showings, she did everything needed leaving me to just show up and give my input while she checked all the necessary aspects of the places we went to see. She also squeezed in a couple last minute showings the day of to maximize our time, being that I have a busy schedule and was wanting to find the perfect place in one day. When it came to the application process, Devon sent every required document we needed to be aware of, and informed us in detail of what each covered. This was the most overwhelming part being that we had a couple people required to sign each document, but Devon was very organized and gave great reassurance to make sure everything was in order! She updated us throughout every step of the way, letting us know if we were missing anything or what the next step was. Devon made us feel very comfortable and secure, and even went out of her way to go with us to meet our landlords! Even after we got accepted to our top pick, Devon was there to recommend utility providers and even referred a renter’s insurance agent! Once my partner and I moved into our new place, Devon stopped by with a housewarming gift and congratulated us - an absolute angel! I am thrilled and am excited for when the opportunity to recommend her pops up, because Devon is the best realtor we could’ve asked for. Iron Vine Properties (IVP) approached the sale of our house with an open mind, listening to our thoughts while providing guidance about marketing approaches, decluttering, and furniture and picture placements. We had extensive discussions about list pricing but it was made clear throughout that we were to make the final choice on the list price. As offers came in, IVP vetted each offer and provided guidance on how to compare each one. IVP provided excellent assistance throughout the home inspection process and how best to respond to the Buyers requests. Ultimately IVP helped us receive an excellent final price and close on our homesale. We highly recommend IVP and Rebecca Chirrich for your next real estate transaction.

I have worked with Rebecca so many times and each was a seamless experience. First was in 2016 when she helped us find a rental property that was perfect for our needs and accepted our pets. In 2018, she helped us buy our forever home even though the home came onto market on her wedding weekend and it was a quick turnaround to get our offer accepted above all others. She has worked with all of my friends upon my recommendation and in 2022, helped my mother downsize. I would go to her for any and all my real estate needs. Now that we’re settled for present, I love to see her open houses just because she always does such a beautiful job. Rebecca Chirich is a true professional and exceptional negotiator.
