Tim with Iron Star Realty is TOP NOTCH. I have had the opportunity to work with him twice over the last several years and he is professional, kind and a great communicator. The second transaction that Tim and I worked together on unfortunately did not make it to the closing table due to some unforeseen circumstances for my client. Tim handled the situation with grace and kindness in a way that many others may not have! Very excited for the chance to work with Tim again in the future.

Tim Byrns was the Iron Star realtor who helped us. He made sure we took our time to find the right place. Once we did, he helped us understand all aspects of the transaction, as were first time home buyers. He guided us so we were sure the house and lot were sound. He was very patient with all our questions, and a few issues that came up with the house. We felt at ease, since he showed us how to deal with each situation.
