Chance helped guide us through the listing and sale of a house in Pilot Point in 2023. He came on board about the time the red hot housing market was beginning to cool down. He was our advocate every step of the way. He kept us informed of the progress and advised us of every opportunity. Because of rising interest rates, and other contributing factors, to the shift in market activity, Chance became more creative in his approach to the listing, which resulted in the ultimate sale. I was very pleased with Chances professionalism and kindness. He listed our ranch using gorgeous photos and key selling points. It sold at full asking price in five weeks.
