If you’re looking into buying a house I HIGHLY suggest going through Brennan and Vinnie. They are truly the best! We would not be here without their continuous help and support!Vinnie always provided us with updates on the house and never hesitated to answer all of our questions!It didn’t matter how early in the morning or late in the afternoon it was, Brennan always answered our questions, provided us with updates on our loan, and walked us through every single step! Not to mention, he was super encouraging, positive, and supportive!Buying a house can be scary, especially your first house, but these gentlemen made sure it was the best experience one could ask for!

This group is AMAZING! They make buying/selling your home effortless with a smooth transition. They go above and beyond to show your home if youre selling, or to send you all new listings that fit your criteria and schedule showings that fit your schedule! They are all super friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend the Nexthome Coldiron Group. We are using Drew Ferguson Williams and hes been absolutely amazing to work with. Even with our crazy schedule and having to show homes with 4 children in tow hes always had a smile on his face. Hes super quick to respond to texts, calls and emails.

Brennan did a great job of helping us buy and sell a home in very short period of time. We do not live in Amarillo so all the transactions took place by phone and email. He was always quick with answers to any questions we had. He even made arrangements to help us get some minor repairs taken care of before the sell of our home. Buying or Selling a home is a stressful event in your life. If you are looking for this to be less stressful and get excellent and quick results work with people that care. There is no better real estate agents than those with NextHome Coldiron Group and our agent Reanne Rudd was excellent. If we could give her 10 stars we would! We started off dreading the sale of the home and could not believe how easy it was. She went out of her way to explain things we were not sure about and was wonderful at explaining our options and disclosures. Sean Ferguson Williams helped us find and buy our first home. Something my husband and I NEVER thought possible! He was very patient in the process of showing homes. He was available anytime we called from Sunday’s to go and look at homes to in the evening hours to ask just a simple question. He walked us through the entire process and made things just absolutely ( as much as buying your first home can be) stress free. We will forever be grateful and recommend him anytime we can! She got our house under contract within a month, and got it finalized just as quick . We also went thru her and found our forever home. She took all the stress and was so helpful . This was the first house we bought, so we weren’t sure at all what to do and how to get started. Lynsie helped us every single step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and if she was ever unsure, she’d find someone who did know and get back to us quickly. I was also able to get in touch with her at most times, which was great - she was very accessible. And we talked most days to make sure everything was getting accomplished on time, which made me feel so much better. I stress out a lot, but Lynsie was always there to help me out and calm me down.
