Thomas Ingle with Ingle Realty was a phenomenal resource in helping my wife and myself navigate the home buying landscape in North Austin. Beyond just looking at houses and telling us to show up places, Thomas diligently researched the potential new homes that met all of our criteria and would continue to narrow from there. Additionally, Thomas worked with us well after we found the perfect home and was a constant support regarding real estate law, mortgage and lending expertise and best practices during closing. I can not imagine a better experience anywhere else than with Thomas Ingle with Ingle Realty.

Thomas Ingle is wonderful. First of all, we had a tiny home and his team staged and sold for above and beyond what we expected! I was very pregnant and scared to move because of the stress that comes with the selling and buying processes. BUT Thomas handled everything!! Photos, staging, and all! The other realtors we looked into were no where near as invested as Thomas! He had the most upbeat stress free realistic attitude and never let us down! He helped us find our dream home! We can’t say enough good things about this guy!

Thomas Ingle from Ingle Reality was more than amazing with helping my husband and I find and close on our first home. In the beginning my husband and I had no clue anything about home buying or the housing markets; Thomas met with us just to give us basic information and was so patient with all of our questions. When we got pre-approved for our first home loan Thomas was on it. We told him all the numbers we were comfortable with spending and where we were looking to purchase. Within a week Thomas helped us find exactly what home we wanted. We never dreamed our first home would a new build, but with Thomas’s help we were able to get the most bang for our buck and we are so in love with our first home.
