We first met Rebecca a bit over a year ago. She came highly recommended. Being that we were a year away from selling my mother in laws house, she was in no way put off or hesitant to help us sell the house. She was more than understanding when dealing with a 93 year old woman dealing with declining health. To say that we are satisfied, would be an understatement.The house needed much work, in that little maintenance had been done in decades. After we walked through the property, she made recommendations in renovating the house so that we could get, “the bang for the buck,” so to speak. And since my wife and I are retired, and do not live in Temple, she was the perfect fit. She gave us recommendations for whatever was needed. Whether it was contractors, window and door specialists, garage door professionals, house cleaners, roofers or a handyman, there was no situation she wasn’t on top of.She was always prompt in communication, whether by phone, email and text, and she met with all who were doing the work on the house to assure we received a great return on the renovation. And once we had buyers, she was tremendous in helping us negotiate the price. We are absolutely delighted in all that Rebecca did and with absolute assurance, recommend her to you. Becca & Stan are an incredible team with unique personal skills that allow them to accomplish unusual and difficult projects. Becca worked with us for over a year to find the land we wanted, and helped us avoid making several mistakes that we wouldve overlooked. She has knowledge and experience that most realtors lack and took pride in always being available for a simple phone call. Theyre dedicated problem solvers and my wife and I cant recommend Imperium higher. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Kristi and her team truly went above and beyond to assist us with selling our home. She made it very easy and stress free with having us in contract in three days and over 15 offers! I have no doubt that we would not have been in contract so soon if it wasn’t for the guidance from preparing and staging our home with professional photography to the open house and and celebrating quickly afterwards. We would use Kristi as our realtor to buy or sell without thinking twice! They also specialize in assisting medical resident families with buying and selling homes, and this is how we found Kristi… so glad we did!
