Meeting my clients needs is my number one focus. Being a part of this brokerage has allowed me to far exceed meeting my clients needs, especially when selling their homes. Putting a home in MLS and a sign in the yard is so 80s. Although Im still required to do that for most clients, I also am able to send the listing of their home to over 140 E&V offices internationally, advertise it on a top Chinese sight and protect my clients health during this pandemic by offering virtual showings. Thats right, the buyer never has to set a foot in the house for a showing. To date, all of my listings have received offers in less than 30 days on the market. I dont think this would be possible without all of the marketing tools that E&V offers at no cost to us, as Real Estate Advisors. They truly have an interest in the success of our business.Also, while the office is professional, you also have a feeling of family. There is friendly competition where everyone supports one another. After all, if we all succeed that makes us a RockStar brokerage. Ive seen agents flock to other name brand brokerages because of training. While training is important (and E&V Katy does have an extensive training program), agents can call the broker at ANY time and ask a question.
