I can not begin to express how much I appreciate the services of Imagine Gurus and Mikaela Rios. She is a must for every listing that I take. My latest listing had been on the market for almost a year with another agent. The home sat empty and in need of repairs. Mikaela and her team came to the rescue and staged the home to bring in warmth, imagination and hospitality. We had so many compliments of their work and the home sold in just 2 months after sitting empty for a year. Mikaela is very professional with a skill for communicating the need for updating without offending the client. She can either bring in an entire house full of furnishings or take the items the client has and repurpose them. This is a perk that I offer to all my clients and is always worth the investment.

Highly recommend Barbara for any seller getting ready to put their home on the market. Most often it is as simple as taking what you already have and either swapping them or removing them.
