I have known Hailey for 15 years and when I was moving back to Dallas I knew she was the one to reach out to. I didnt expect the process to move so quickly but anytime I sent a home to Hailey she would immediately go tour it for me, I was honestly surprised how proactive and expeditious she was!I bought my house sight unseen so I depended on her for everything from touring, scoping the neighborhood, and even doing the blue tape walk through. She listened to me during the under contract process and held the line for me on several things. We ultimately got a fence moved, gutters added, and seller concession among other things.She would facetime me and send me videos, I was even out of the country for 2 weeks during the process and she still made it work.Highly recommend Hailey for your real estate needs anywhere in the metroplex! *UPDATE*It was finally time to buy, so I contacted Hailey again to help me look for a home. I had a budget that wasn’t easy for my ideal locations, but she wasn’t deterred. She found a few places within budget immediately, but the sellers kept ignoring us because I was using the VA Loan. As I became discouraged, Hailey continued to have a positive attitude and reassured me the right house would come at the right time. And as soon as she said that, a perfect house did come up. She took the time to talk to the seller and explain the VA Loan in depth, which convinced the seller to accept the offer. Anyone looking for a home, especially a veteran, needs to contact Hailey at Iconic. Thank you Hailey and thank you Iconic for helping me become a first time home owner!Great company to deal with! I was a little hesitant asking a real estate company with apartment locating, but Im glad I did. We lived in a neighborhood that was notoriously difficult to sell. It was a townhome in a small neighborhood next to the Cowboys golf course. We had gone through two different realtors with no luck. I invited Matt over to take a look at the house and give me his assessment. By this time it had probably been about 2 years since we last tried to sell the house. By then I was very skeptical about anyone being able to sell this townhome.He suggested that we do some renovations before we took pictures and listed it. I was hesitant to be honest, just because it’s a lot to take on. But Matt was incredibly helpful. He helped us find the necessary contractors, gave us his advice on colors, stains, and wood floors. He was very knowledgeable about what potential buyers would like, especially in that market.Once everything was done and listed, we had a showing on the same day the listing went up! Within 2 weeks we had a cash offer! I couldn’t believe it! The last realtor got us maybe 4 showings in a 6 month time span.We were under contract and on the day we were supposed to close, the buyers agent went over to the house to take a look. Unfortunately the house was having some issues. Matt immediately dropped what he was doing to go over to the house to take a look.We had to redo the wood floors again. The issue was with the original construction of the home. Matt stepped in and spoke with my HOA and helped where he could. Matt definitely went above and beyond with this.The buyer has backed out because it had taken two weeks to work with HOA, who was pretty unresponsive. But Matt was confident we would find another buyer and within a week we had another cash buyer! It’s like experiencing two miracles in a lifetime!This time everything went pretty smooth. We closed the sell on time and it was a smooth and painless transaction!Thank you Matt, for going above and beyond!

I met Baux in 2018 and we instantly clicked. His approach and personality attracts trust and makes you feel you’re in the right hands. Give him your criteria and he quickly gets to work. He provided us with options on our future homes but nothing overwhelming( just enough). I can’t stress enough the amount of security and relief he brings while being in process. You don’t buy a home everyday, so it’s a lot of thoughts that come in play when purchasing one. BUT Beaux played the role of making sure we felt . . .
