Yolanda was my realtor and she was absolutely the best!!! As a 1st time homeowner, I was very clueless about the home buying process. Yolanda was so patient with me and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. She was always available to answer the many questions I had and guided me through every step of the way. I’m a very picky person by nature and the type of person that needs to tour many homes before making a decision. Yolanda was extremely patient with me and made sure she took the time to understand my likes and dislikes, scheduled a bunch of tours etc, until we narrowed down and landed my dream home!She was always available for any of my needs, detail oriented and communicated very well.Yolanda is also the type of realtor that advocates for her clients! I remember a few times when I had issues with my builder, she stepped in right away and took charge. She escalated the issues all the way to the top and continued to follow up until it was resolved and I was satisfied. That is the type of realtor everyone should have. What can I say about Yolanda Ayers!?! I tell my friends she has spoiled me as a realtor and she is the standard I compare all others to! (I have experience with 10 others in my life.) In a nutshell, Yolanda made our move to Texas seamless.Please read this review. Pardon the length - buying a home is a significant matter and you have the right team with you.Since connecting with Yolanda, we werent clear about what we wanted but knew the area. She quickly setup a link to potential homes and advised on the activities in those areas within our budget. As we narrowed down our criteria, the options she provided followed suit. It was almost automatic. Next she provided us with a guide book for buying a home, and spent time explaining each page. She recommended a lender/broker to get us going on what payments could look like, leaving the option for us to choose any lender/broker if not the recommended. I mean she was thorough right off the bat. It was immediately clear Yolanda had experience working with young adults, young families, relocating buyers and knows what theyd be looking for.Yolanda is not just responsive but prompt and available. Moving a family is tough, but she navigated our inconsistencies with patience and helped us better align our needs with our search. Moving from out of state with one chance to visit the new state is tough but our confidence in finding a home shot up working with Yolanda.During the house hunting visit, she prepared possible homes, and arrived at each location before us. He knowledge of the homes, the neighborhood, and even honest inputs were exceptionally helpful. Keeping in mind what we wanted, she made suggestions that we didnt even think about. She set realistic expectations for us considering the market was moving quickly and homes going pending or closed within hours. Yolanda filled in and attended the orientation without hesitation. She took several videos, pictures, and followed up with us immediately.
