Ian is super friendly and highly knowledgeable regarding the Austin metro housing market. He is well versed in resell and new build homes and can help guide you in making the decision thats best for you. We were originally looking to buy our first home as a resell house but we saw a few new build homes and fell in love with what would eventually be our new build forever home. Ian has been working with us through the entire process and would frequently reach out on our behalf, asking the questions for us that we didnt know we had. Ian is a fantastic realtor and an even better friend. We cannot be happier with our purchase and with all the assistance Ian gave us in making this dream a reality!

Ian is awesome. Best attributes, 1) he listens and 2) he delivers. Ive shopped for houses before where I spoke with the realtor and expressed directly what I wanted and immediately they just ignored me and started showing me stuff on their own lists which were not on mine. Ian got us in a house we love, and continues to be available to answer all my new home owner questions. Again... he listens and he delivers, I give Ian my strongest recommendation.

I dont know where to begin with this review. It would take me a full page to write all the good things about Ian Williams! Lets sum it up- I have so much faith, trust, and confidence in Ian that I bought a house without having ever seen it in person until AFTER the closing! I live in Illinois and bought a house in Texas! Ian took pictures, even did a video for me, and stuck by me every step of the way. Even when my husband and I got overwhelmed with the loan process and thought its time to just give it a rest Ian didnt let us! I know Ian went above and beyond for us and he himself made some big sacrifices on our behalf. I didnt make a major decision without consulting Ian first. His knowledge of people, realty, and Texas in general is abundant! Hands down the best realtor and one of the best guys in Texas! Thank you Ian!
