My favorite realtor Leah Hodge is the best in Bell County. She is well informed not only on the housing market but also on assisting with locating Loan companies. I bought a house in 2019 using her as my realtor and i just did again in 2023. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, she’s the best others cant compete.

I am very thankful to Bill Vernon and his team. Bill offered the best realtor and real estate purchase experiences weve ever encountered. He told everything to us straight. He did what he said and meant what he said. He was very very helpful, diligent, competent, experienced and truly caring - an excellent realtor. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Amazingly helpful and caring. We have no reservations whatsoever recommending Bill to anyone. Moving is stupid difficult and moving interstate is even harder but Bill made it vastly less stressful and taxing.

In the current housing market, we knew that our house would sell quickly, however, we didnt realize that we would get what we actually got. Bill was very professional and ensured that before he took on the task of listing our home that we had a place to go. This is key people! Make sure you have a place to go when you decide to sell because you dont want to end up homeless. Bill and the entire group did excellent with the Open House and sale. It was very painless and would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to sell/purchase a home.

It all started off me looking for a realtor in my area by hopping onto RamseySolutions and seeing what Realtors were in my area. Joe was one of the five realtors I had spoke with before going forward with selling my home. He was very informative, well spoken and took the extra precautions with Covid restrictions when we first met to discuss his game plan on how he would market my house to be sold. Out of the 3 other realtors I had spoken with Joe was the one who was the most upfront with the potential we had with selling the home and he wasnt as pushy as the other realtors had been and was very optimistic about getting the house sold. It had taken my wife and I some time to get the house prepped, (cleaning, painting, small repairs, curb appeal) and Joe was there every step, morning, day and night, to help with the process to get the house onto market! He would always check up or call at least once if not twice a day to see how everything was going and if he could assist us in anyway, and then finally house hit the market and we had a consistent amount of potential buyers daily for the first 8 days and receiving offers on the house. The time came to close and it was such a stress free time for us because Joe had taken care of us! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely work with Joe again to buy another home

OKAY SOOOO I JUST WANT GIVE A THANKS NOT ONLY TO i35 GROUP (Keller Williams Realty), but as well to Rachel Folmar that was our Realtor for the past 4 or 5 months. My grandparents Chris and Pabla Solorzano have been wanting to move to Killeen, Tx from southwest Florida for a very long time to be closer to FAMILY and we have gone through sooooo MANY Realtors that it makes my stomach HURT. They were either to to to PUSHY, or they would just show CRUMMY houses. My GRANDPARENTS had a VERY Pacific BUDGET and they were SET to that BUDGET. Ms. Rachel Folmar UNDERSTOOD that budget and as well FOLLOWED it. She as well TREATED us as if we WERE FAMILY. Now mind you my grandparents have been doing this SEARCH all the way from FLORIDA and could NOT come here every time Ms. Rachel understood THAT, sooo she would go out of her way by FACETIME my grandparents to SHOW them every SINGLE home she found. May I remind you she never got mad when they said no to a home or even rude. Ms. Rachel is apart of our FAMILY now.
