This is my third home purchase and 4th realtor, but Danielle is a keeper. Ididnt know anything about Texas, or Houston, but Danielles videos helped me figure out what to look for and what questions to ask. Working with her to find our new house was an excellent experience. She quickly learned exactly what we were looking for. We trust her so much that we even made an offer with only doing a video walk through. She spotted issues we didnt notice and could imagine every aspect of what living in the house would be like for us. I.e. driving to work, traffic, closest gyms, running trails. Her expertise on the area and what makes Houston/surrounding areas unique guided us to some amazing areas and houses. Danielle is organized, has great communication skills, is professional, and is a ninja when it comes to finding new listing that matches what we want. If it wasnt for her recommendations and timelines we would not have had our offer accepted or be happily loving Katy Texas 1 year later.

Thanks to Danielle we have found our dream home and moved from Illinois to Baytown Texas.First I watched her videos on YouTube and loved them,. Then I contacted her. After that there was first showing, then the next one, and on the second day we found our house.She really listened to our list of things we wanted in our fast house, and things we definitely didnt want.There was no pointless showings only the right ones.Few weeks after we rented the house we were buying.I still cant believe how fast all of that happened.Thank you Danielle!
